Department of Diagnostic Ultrasound, Twin County Regional Hospital, Galax, Virginia A rare case of a twin Intrauterine pregnancy and: a coexisting ectopc gstationis prented. The estimated incidence of combined pregnancy has been f reported to, be between I in every 30,000 d in every 6,778 pregnancies. Although sonographic demonstration of an intrauterine pregnancy virtually eliminates the chanaes of an ectopic gestation, the possibility of a combined pregnancy should always be considered.
