Prenatal Diagnosis of Critical Aortic Stenosis

Critical aortic stenosis in the infant can lead to endocardial fibroelastosis and congestive heart failure. Prenatal sonographic findings in a case of endocardial fibroelastosis and a review of the pathophysiology of this condition are presented.
