Congenitai abnormalities of the coronary arteries arerarbut may resu t in imprtant morta ity and morb idtyfy not Vrecgnzed. This case report describes the clinicala presentaton, physiology, and ecocardiographic features of two types of congenital coronar artery abnormalities.
