Ultrasound Diagnosis of a Cervical Ectopic Pregnancy Treated Conservatively

Cervical pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy previously associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Using ultrasound, this condition can be diagnosed early and can be managed conservatively. Sonographic findings and treatment are discussed.
