Dacrocystoceles are uncommon abnormalities of the fetus and neonate, with bilateral involve ment even rarer, The information available in the ultrasound literature is limited, and diagnostic images in textbooks are scrce. We present one case of bilateral dacrocystoceles diagnosed early in the third trimester and summary of seven prenatally diagnosed cases of dacrocystoceles reviewed in recent literature.
