Department of Ultrasound, University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver, Colorado. Male patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia are at risk for testicular tumors of adrenogenital syndrome (TTAGS). This case report discusses the etiology of this disease and its sonographic findings.
