South Shore Hospital, Maternal Fetal Medicine Outpatient Satellite. So. Weynmouth, Massachusetts. A case of Twin Reversed Arterial Perfusion (TRAP Sequence) is presented. This phenomenon occurs rarely in monochorionic twin pregnancies. TRAP sequence should be considered in cases where fetal "demise" is present. Ultrasound plays an important role in diagnosis of in-utero disorders affecting twin pregnancies.
