Fall1opian tube adenocarcinoma is a very rare reproductive neoplasm. Endovaginli sonography is an excellent modality with which to visualize female reproductive cancers; however, misdiagnosis is common due to sonographic similarities with other pelvic pathology. Fallopian tube and ovarian cancers are histologically similar and may also appear similar by sonography. We present a case of fllopian tube adencarcinoma.

Key Words: adenocarcinoma • endovaginal ultrasound • fallopian tube cancer • postmenopausal bleeding • CA-125
