Sonographic Diagnosis of Exencephaly

A case of exencephaly is presented. Rarely imaged, exencephaly is the second stage in the development:: of f clinically aparent anencephaly inahumans. The bibed appearance of the brami tissue has been idesribed as a "Mickey, Mouse Head."1 Since this is a lethal malformation, early deton is critical for initiationof appropriate supportvandtcounseling systems.
