The Role of Ultrasound in Assessing Arterial Dissection: Location and Extension

Arterial dissections are life-threatening occurrences. Ultrasound is useful in identifying the presence of a dissection and evaluating its extent. Presented is a case of and extensive arterial dissecton extending from the carotid arteries througy the iliac arteries.
