St. Paul Cardiology, St. Paul, Minnesota The authors present a case of a young man diagnosed with Holt-Oram syndrome. He was found to have an additional anomaly, separate ostia for the entire right carotid system, which has not been associated with Holt-Oram syndrome in the past.
