An Uncommon Finding: The Intratesticular Varicocele

Varicoceles are a frequently identified pathologynoted within the scrotum. Sonographically, theypresent as dilated vascular structures within thespermatic cord. Real-time pulsed-wave Dopplerimaging reveals these structures as venous in nature.Male infertility is often related to varicoceles.Intratesticular varicoceles are uncommon, withdilated vascular structures located within the testisitself.
