The Role of Ultrasound in Diagnosing and Managing a Monochorionic-Monoamniotic Twin Gestation With an Anencephalic Twin

This report presents a case of a monoamniotic-monochorionictwin gestation with a marginalplacental insertion site, adjacent umbilical cords,entangled umbilical cords, abnormally long cords,one fetus affected with anencephaly, and anothertwin with no apparent abnormalities.
