Identical Twins Presenting With Dandy-Walker Malformation and Twin-Twin Transfusion

This report will describe the detection and treatmentof 2 unusual entities: duplicated Dandy-Walkermalformation as a result of identical twinning andtwin-twin transfusion syndrome, which is unique tomonochorionic pregnancies. Ultrasound plays avaluable role in the prenatal recognition of theseanomalies, allowing for the option of fetal karyo-typing,antenatal intervention, or postnatal follow-up.
