Ventral/Incisional Abdominal Wall Hernia With Urinary Bladder ComponentAbdominal wall hernia is a common condition for which sonography is used. Diagnosis is made by visualization of a fascial defect and herniated contents, usually loops of bowel. The following case represents an unexpected sonographic finding of displacement of the urinary bladder within a large incisional hernia.
