DOI: 10.1177/8756479303019003007 A Rare Case of VACTERL and Oculo-Auriculo-Vertebral Spectrum Complicated by Oligohydramnios
This case study describes the combination of VACTERL association and oculo-auriculo-vertebral spectrum (OAV) in a fetus. VACTERL was suspected at gestational week 24; OAV was confirmed upon delivery. Definitive prenatal diagnosis was limited by persistent oligohydramnios, despite serial sonology during the course of the pregnancy. Literature searches failed to reveal any comparable case demonstrating an association between VACTERL and Goldenhar.
