Prenatal and Postnatal Imaging Findings of Congenital Adrenal Neuroblastoma

Neuroblastoma is the most common solid tumorin childhood. There have been several casereports and reviews on the prenatal diagnosis ofcongenital neuroblastoma. The sonographicimaging findings of fetal adrenal neuroblastomaare variable. Most of them are cystic or complex,but uncommonly, solid neuroblastomas arereported. This case study presents prenatal andpostnatal findings of a purely solid echoicadrenal neuroblastoma.
