Advanced Radiology of Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills, CA The authors describe an asymptomatic aneurysm of the right coronary artery. Initial transthoracic echocardiography revealed a mass-appearing lesion situated on the free wall of the right atrium. Transesophageal echocardiogram and coronary angiography were administered. As a result, a huge aneurysm of the right coronary artery was diagnosed. Resection of the aneurysm and coronary artery bypass to the right coronary artery were performed.
