Carcinoid heart disease is a rare, metastatic disease that occurs predominantly in the right heart. The tricuspid and pulmonic valves are affected, leading to right heart failure, which results in increased morbidity and mortality. This case report demonstrates classic echocardiography findings associated with carcinoid heart disease. Cardiac sonography is a useful tool for the detection and diagnosis of carcinoid heart disease.

Key Words: carcinoid heart disease • tricuspid regurgitation • right heart failure
