The Role of Two-Dimensional Echocardiography in Coronary Arlery DiseaseEchocardiography is a noninvasive procedure that plays a major role in the evaluation of coronary artery disease and its complications. In this manuscript four areas will be discussed and illustrated: visualization of the coronary arteries, myocardial infarction, left ventricular function in myocardial infarction, and the complications of myocardial infarction.
