The Role of Sonography in the Management of Isoimmune Fetal Hemolysis (Rh Disease)

The management of isoimmune fetal hemolysis (Rh disease) has changed rapidly with the advent of new ultrasound-guided procedures, such as cordocentesis and intravascular transfusion. In this report, the pathophysiology of, clinical management strategy of, and role of sonography in isoimmune fetal hemolysis are studied.
