Ruptured Sinus of Valsalva Detected by Biplane Transesophageal EchocardiographyDepartment of Echocardiographv, St. Anthony Hospital, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This case illustrates the importance of biplane transesophageal echocardiography and color flow Doppler imaging in detecting a sinus of Valsalva aneurysm and fistula. It also demonstrates how endocarditis can be a complication of this condition.
