   Abstract
A woman in her early 30s was referred for assessment of a midline cystic mass in her 22-week fetus that was discovered on a routine detailed sonogram. Sonography and magnetic resonance imaging confirmed a midline cystic mass separate from the fetal bladder and stomach in an otherwise normal fetus. The diagnosis of a type I choledochal cyst was made.
